We continued our İstanbul Office seminars with NHC “Norwegian Hull Club (NHC) Loss Prevention” . The agenda for the seminar taught by Mr. Morten AALEN - Head of Loss Prevention and Emergency Response - was about the following topics:

•⁠  ⁠Salvage - Learning from Incidents and build competence and confidence in use of contracts. The advantages of the various contracts and how early decision making is paramount.

•⁠  ⁠Superintendents Training - build competence and confidence of the insurance process - from notification to payment. How can we enhance the cooperation to shorten down the handling time in order for quicker payment on account?

•⁠  ⁠Introduction to Proactive Method - how to enhance the decision making process in a critical situation. A hands on workshop with focus on enhancing the power of early decision making in crisis.
